OLS Interview Policy and Recruitment Procedures
OLS Interview Policy
It is imperative that all candidates keep their interview appointments.
When you are interviewing at Purdue, you are representing not only
yourself but the University and the Department of Organizational
Leadership and Supervision. Failure to keep your appointment reflects
negatively on all of us. Please review the Placement
Participation Agreement Form for the complete written policy.
This form must be completed before you may interview within the
Department. Violation of this policy is subject to penalty
up to and including permanent expulsion from the OLS interviewing
program. If you have any questions regarding the OLS interview
policy, feel free to contact Jill
S. Albrecht, Career Placement Coordinator at (765)494-5599.
OLS Recruiting Procedures
The Career Placement Coordinator will post employment opportunities (permanent placement, internships, and co-op opportunities) on this website as well as the OLS job board at KNOY 255. Each company has a cut-off date to submit your resumes (listed on the job posting). After that cut-off date, pre-selected students will be contacted by telephone and/or email to set up an interview time. A company may want you to apply on-line at their website or have you submit your resume to them directly. The Career Placement Coordinator will indicate instructions for applying in each individual job posting.
