Course Objectives
Through taking this course, students should be able to:
1. Develop knowledge of concepts of interpersonal behavior and conflict
management
2. Recognize the relationship between interpersonal skills and leadership
behaviors
3. Increase communication ability in many settings through using reflection-in-action
skills
4. Display development of interpersonal skills in work and family relationships
5. Increase problem-solving and decision-making skills in group processes
