Leadership for Lean Enterprise

Description:

This course synthesizes Lean Enterprise into a concise and coherent strategy for organizational leaders. The philosophies and principles are reinforced with examples from the instructor's research and consulting work. Common obstacles and barriers that may be encountered in a lean environment are discussed and both intuitive and mathematical proofs are provided to illustrate how lean philosophies can transform traditional organizations. There is specific focus on the human aspects of lean enterprise.
