Staffing Organizations

Prerequisite: OLS 386 and OLS 388

Description:

An applications-oriented study of key concepts in staffing organizations, including principles and issues in legal compliance, planning, job analysis and rewards, recruitment, selection, employment decision making, and retention. Special emphasis is on designing, validating, operating and defending hiring systems that incorporate a wide variety of staffing tools.
