Research Interests
- Women and Minority in Technology - Poster presented in the annual convocation of the College of Technology in spring of 2006 - In spring of 2003, I conducted a survey in local high schools to study how the students perceive themselves in mathematics and science based on gender. Although four local high schools were contacted, only two schools participated. The study conducted through a questionnaire which consisted of ten questions. The data was collected, tabulated and analyzed. The result of this study was made into a poster and was presented among the posters in the annual convocation of the College of Technology in spring of 2006.
- Writing a book in VB.NET Version 2005 - I have compiled all the topics taught in the Visual Basic course in 12 chapters. With collaboration of one of my teaching assistants, I am planning to turn these chapters into a text book. My motivation for this project, stems from not finding the right text book for my course.
