Work Group and Network Computing Applications

 

Course content includes an introduction to knowledge management concepts and technology, work group technology and its evaluation, work group applications (e.g. electronic mail and scheduling), and network service bureaus (e.g., Internet). The laboratory provides hands-on experiences with work group features of applications, work group specific applications, and Internet applications.
