CG 360- Lab Project- Floor Plan Design
Course Overview:
In professional practices, you, as a designer,
will be required to come up with conceptual ideas for clients in the form of
sketches, renderings and finished digital illustrations. Some of that design
creativity is limited to existing walls or the flow path of the structure. It
is your job to come up with multiple floor plans for the given house outline.
Design the first floor and all componenets along with the second floor
and basement- create that design as sketches to be checked by the owner-- Shanna
and Me!
Background
For your
first project, you are given a conceptual sketch of a proposed house. The
client would like certain change to the floor plan they found in a magazine.
Your job is to come up with a
new design that is acceptable to the client while keeping what he likes about
the house in your design.
