CGT 226/MFET 211 Introduction to Constraint-based Modeling

Introduction to 2D and 3D geometry and construction techniques used in the construction of constraint-based models. Solid part modeling and Surface modeling are included, as well as manipulation of the geometric model. Emphasis is on the downstream usage of 3D solid modeling databases and the impact on the overall product design process.
