How to prepare and send completed Chapter Activity Reports
 to the SLC International Office

Due December 15, 2008

At the bottom of this page, you will find a blank Chapter Activity Report form to be downloaded.  (In this downloadable form, please remember to complete chapter officers and advisor contact information in detail.  Thank you.)   

Not only does preparation and submittal of this form satisfy the chapter's annual duty to submit this annual report (SLC Constitution, Article IX, Sec. 3.b.), timely submittal (postmarked by December 15) allows the chapter's report to be considered for an award.  Please see the Awards Guidelines page of this website for more information.

You will note there are three pages of the form.  To determine whether to complete one or three pages, please note here:

  • If your chapter is solely dedicated to recognizing excellence for the construction management student without being involved in chapter projects of service, please fill out only Page 1. 

  • If your chapter is involved in both recognition and service, please fill out all 3 pages. Thank you.
