BCM 345 - Construction Planning and Scheduling
Discussion of Activity-on-Node, Precedence Diagramming, and Bar Chart scheduling methods. Advanced scheduling topics include Resource-leveling Schedule Updating, Compression, and Multi-Project Scheduling. The use of computer-scheduling packages is explored with the use of Primavera Project Planner software.

BCM 350 - Construction Site Planning
Discussion of pre-planning work, construction jobsite material handling/storage practices and their effect on productivity. Construction equipment layout plans, load-charts, and cycle times are also studied.

BSC 202 - Construction Materials, Methods, and Equipment
Discussion of the materials, methods and equipment used for site work, foundations, concrete, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, and roofing work.
