 BCM 315  Mechanical Construction Estimating
GENERAL INFORMATION

Course Description:

Costs conditioned by the contract documents for building mechanical systems are studied.  The course will focus on the methods used to estimate the cost of commercial HVAC, piping, plumbing and specialty systems.  The course will utilize both manual and computerized estimating systems.  The course will utilize computer estimating systems.
