| INSTRUCTIONS: Each person when called will contact the next person or persons in their chain and notify them: “This is a Disaster telephone relay.” You will also pass on any instruction you have received such as notice to evacuate, etc., and ensure that they know who they are to call. If the person or persons you are to call do not answer, you must continue down the list until you reach someone in that chain. The last person in each chain must then contact Professor Carney. A list of people who were not reached should also be kept track of along the way and passed on to each person in the chain. (This listing should be kept near your telephone at all times). | ||||
