Welcome to AT 285; ATC Procedures and WeatherAn introduction to the technical procedures involved in the development and operation of the air traffic control system. Instrument procedures and design will be covered. Weather theory as it pertains to air traffic control will be discussed, as well as the various observation and disseminations systems used by the FAA and National Weather Service.
