Group For Organization Leadership Development "GOLD"
The Group for Organizational Leadership and Development (GOLD) is housed in the School of Technology , Purdue University in the Department of Organizational Leadership and Supervision. It is composed of Purdue faculty, professional trainers and scholars skilled in delivering training modules designed to meet the needs of today's organizations. Armed with a collective of advanced master and doctoral degrees in business, education, and organizational development, and an average of over twenty years experience in the public and private sectors, GOLD is in a position to help organizations shape their future.
Based on cutting edge knowledge in the area of leadership training and the basic building blocks in organizational behavior, training modules are available and can be revised to meet client needs on such topics as: Leadership, Motivation, Management of Change, Team Development, Conflict Resolution, Valuing Diversity, Performance Management, Staffing, Meeting Management, Quality Improvement, Project Management, and International Business Dimensions in the Workplace. In addition, faculty members are available to conduct research and provide process consulting based on client needs.
