Biography
Dr. Naimi is an Assistant
Professor of Organizational Leadership and a practicing attorney at law.
She comes to OLS with more than twenty years of experience in information
technology management, having served with distinction as a director,
state official and university vice president.
She holds five earned
degrees: a J.D. from the University
of Connecticut,
specializing in technology law; an Ed.D. and Ed.M. from Harvard
University in Administration, Planning and Social Policy; an M.A. from
the University of Alabama in Birmingham in Elementary Education and a
B.S. degree from the University of Cincinnati, also in Elementary
Education.
Dr. Naimi currently
teaches the required course, OLS 499E/440, Leading with Integrity in a
Global Environment. Her research and teaching interests concern the
global, legal, technological and ethical challenges of organizational
leadership.
