Instructions for using web development server

Students can place their files in their own folders using the start-run command and \\sotdev2\cg416.  This is the same as http://www.tech.purdue.edu/cg416.  Prof. Short has been given change permissions over all folders.  Default load pages are index.asp and index.html.
